Covid

Is it just me or is everyone else also wondering what just happened? We’ve all been through a serious amount of trauma over the past 3 years. Some of it has been lived collectively and some of it has been very, very personal. I think people are scared to talk about it due to perceived social pressure to “get back to normal.” But when I share my experiences with others, people seem eager to share their experiences back. I think we need to stop being scared to talk about our pandemic trauma.

Puh-lease conference organizers. Don’t send these email where you tell me you already have all these <list names> men and you are now realizing you need women too. It’s not that I wouldn’t know I’m asked for my content but do you have to rub it in how women are an afterthought in your bubble…. Fix the problem not the appearance.

Wow, after 25 years of Unix experience, I learned that you can filter output in #less.

Press ampersand (&) and enter a regex to show only lines matching the regex.

Press ampersand (&) and then exclamation mark (!) to apply an inverse filter.
