November is National Novel Writing Month in which participants are challenged to write 50000 words of their story. I embraced the Rebel spirit and drew & published 34 cartoons with accompanying pep talks. Now that November is over, I wrote up some early thoughts and reflections: -tech

Lena Wiberg's keynote on Living Fearlessly - While Living With Fear at is vulnerable, valuable and a very topical reminder of the importance of psychological safety in our teams.

Gwen Diagram's keynote at on Happiness is Quality was insightful. Great Engineering teams run in Quality, Observability and Communication indeed. Great pointers for Engineering Principles to build a Quality Product & questions to raise to foster a great environment in which to build in. Highlighting metrics to use & ways to bridge common communication gaps. Thanks Gwen & @AgileTDZone!
